The session opened with an inspirational message from University President, Prof. Dr. Merian P. Catajay-Mani, followed by the first topic, “Framing the Futures”, discussed by Mr. Emmanuel de Guia, Resident Futurist of the Senate Committee on Sustainable Development Goals, Innovations, and Futures Thinking.
The 2-day session explores futures thinking as a strategic tool for Romblon State University and highlights the importance of anticipating and navigating future uncertainties.
