Their paper assessed students exposed to modes of learning during pandemic to underscore their circumstances in adapting to mixed mode of learning.

Taking full advantage of the conference which was held in partnership with the IAFOR Research Centre based at Osaka School of International Public Policy (OSIPP), a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between Romblon State University and Quality Matters, a global non-profit organization leading quality assurance in online and innovative digital teaching and learning environments.

“QM will assure quality in adapting American standards in terms of digital transformation in instruction” Mani said. The linkage forged with the said organization is part of the University’s imminent plans for digital transformation.
