Energy and Water Use Efficiency and Conservation
In line with the University’s thrust of ensuring more efficient resource management and in view of the threats and consequences of climate change, it is imperative to strengthen efforts to promote the judicious use of energy and water resources through efficient utilization and intensified conservation efforts. These efforts find support in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, especially SDG 7 (Affordable and Clean Energy), SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production), and SDG 13 (Climate Action).
