The Citizen’s Charter of the University is a compilation of the service standards in the various frontline offices which offers services to its citizens or clients. It is in compliance with Republic Act No. 11032 otherwise known as the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018” which amends Republic Act No. 9485 or the Anti-Red Tape Act of 2007.

The RSU Citizen’s Charter is a product of collaborative efforts of the Top Management and other key officials which include the Campus Directors, Deans, Directors, and Unit Heads. It contains the list of frontline services offered in the respective offices, the step by step process in availing the service, corresponding fee if applicable, the allocated time for the transaction, and the persons responsible in the provision of services. It is the University’s commitment to provide efficient and highest quality of services to the clients while also ensuring transparency and right to information.

There were revisions implemented yearly which adheres to continual improvement of processes in relation to frontline services offered in the University. We hope that our clients will proactively contribute to improve our services by answering the feedback form available in every unit.
