The Social and Cultural Affairs Office held its yearly Culture and the Arts Festival last October 16-18, showcasing the wits and talents of RSUvians in visual arts, music, dance, pageantry, and the festive culture of the province.

Both the Institute of Criminal Justice Education and College of Education emerged as overall champs garnering a tie of 53 points. It was a historic win in the formerโ€™s side rising in top spot for the first time.

Meanwhile, the College of Engineering and Technology landed second runner-up with 50 points followed by the Institute of Information Technology, the last festivalโ€™s titleholder, bagging 49 points.

The College of Business and Accountancy racking up 38 points, and College of Arts and Sciences which earned 34 points placed fourth and fifth, respectively.

Winners topping individual and pair contests will represent the University in the Southern Tagalog Regional Association of State Universities and Colleges (STRASUC) Culture and the Arts Festival to be held in Batangas State University โ€“ The National Engineering University on November.
