ODIONGAN, ROMBLON — Romblon State University (RSU) is once again in the national spotlight as one of its own soared to the top of the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT).

Mr. Paul Kennedy F. Fajel, a graduate of the Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Science program, secured the Top 5 position nationwide, with an exceptional rating of 94.20%, distinguishing himself among thousands of examinees across the country.
