Catajay-Mani and the University’s top officials, gathered at the RSU Quadrangle for the Flag Raising Ceremony to formally open a new week, welcome the month of March, and mark the beginning of the National Women’s Month Celebration 2026.
February 28, 2026 - The Romblon Girl Scout Council celebrated its 75th anniversary of continuing women’s leadership and community service, recognizing 75 outstanding women of the province who trace their roots to Girl Scouting. President Mani was awarded as one of the 75 Outstanding Women of Romblon.
February 28, 2026 - Romblon State University (RSU) successfully conducted the third key phase of Project POPOY (Promoting Opportunities and Participation through Organized Youth Sports), focusing on building resilience among young people through community-based sports. Held at the university quadrangle, the event centered on the theme “Enhancing Mind-Body Resilience and Access through Community Engagement in Youth Sport (EMBRACE)”.
