The RSU community proudly gathers for the grand University Victory Parade around the Odiongan town proper, celebrating the University’s milestone in the 2025 World University Ranking for Innovation (WURI) where RSU secured the 56th spot among the Most Innovative Universities in the World!
Leading the parade are the University Top Officials, the International Relations Office (IRO), and the winning contributors, joined by the dedicated writers, editors, and validators of RSU’s entries. College deans, faculty members, and students also walk together in this historic moment, marking yet another shining achievement for the university.
