The Global Faculty Summit 2026, themed “AI, the Joy of Learning, and the Future of Human-Centered Education,” will be held virtually via Zoom on November 5, 2026. The summit will bring together educators, researchers, faculty leaders, and innovators to discuss the practical use of AI in education, faculty and student engagement, and the future of human-centered learning.
The Global Faculty Summit 2026, themed “AI, the Joy of Learning, and the Future of Human-Centered Education,” will bring together educators, faculty leaders, researchers, and innovators from different disciplines and institutions to explore the evolving role of artificial intelligence in higher education.
Organized by Westcliff University as a virtual event via Zoom on November 5, 2026, the summit provides an international platform for academic professionals to exchange ideas, discuss emerging approaches to AI in education, and reflect on how technology can complement meaningful, human-centered learning.
The summit will feature two sessions to accommodate participants from different time zones:
1. Session A: 8:00–11:00 AM (PT)
2. Session B: 6:00–9:00 PM (PT)
Participants will have opportunities to engage in global faculty conversations, interactive breakout discussions, and cross-disciplinary exchanges with educators and academic professionals from different institutions. The discussions will focus on practical and thoughtful applications of AI in education, the changing roles of faculty and students, and approaches to maintaining meaningful human engagement as technology continues to transform teaching and learning.
The program will include a keynote presentation, collaborative discussions, student and faculty perspectives, and practical takeaways that participants can bring back to their classrooms and institutions. Through these activities, the summit aims to encourage thoughtful dialogue on how AI can be integrated into education while keeping learning experiences meaningful, inclusive, and centered on people.
The Global Faculty Summit 2026 also offers RSU faculty members and academic professionals an opportunity to broaden their international perspectives, connect with peers from different academic communities, and gain insights that may inform teaching practices and institutional initiatives on educational innovation.
